MBA, mechanical engineer, CQE and APICS CPIM & CSCP certified and with three post-graduations, Luiz Alberto Barberini has worked for more than 25 years in activities related to supply chain, procurement and logistics, as well as coordinated the dangerous goods’ transports’ committee at ABIQUIM – Brazilian Chemical Industries Association.

He has also previousloy worked for Ford Motors Co., Rhône-Poulenc, British American Tobacco, Pfizer Laboratories, Takeda Pharmaceutical and Merck, Sharp & Dohme.

Luiz currently works as Operations Manager for Latin America External Manufaturing Operations, Consumer Care, at Bayer and teaches supply chain topics in some major post-graduation schools in São Paulo, Brazil.
